NBME 3/5 -- Worth the time?

Anyone done NBMEs 3 and 5 and thought they were worth the time? I've found 7 and 11 to be helpful not only for their predictive value but also for exposure to NBME content, so even though 3 and 5 lack expanded feedback, I was thinking about going through them (maybe even on self-paced mode).

I know these are older exams, but are they still valuable in getting "calibrated" for the real thing?
