NBME 4 ?

So I'm averaging 60s in UW (about 1/2 way through) and just took NBME 4 and scored 350...anyone else with similar experiences?

Step 1 220s

Step 2 230s

Just trying to gauge if I should take my test or not (~1 week till the big day)

Any advice?

Well my experience is slightly similar, with the same Uworld average. Ended up getting a 400 on NBME 4 less than a week before my exam, which is also barely passing (looked up a score converter and my other NBMEs for Step 1; not really accurate, but the best indicator I had). Ended up scoring a 229 on the real deal. The reason why the Uworld and NBME might not be completely accurate for someone is because they don't include CCS.

The days leading up to my Step 3 Day 1 and before Day 2, I spent some time studying CCS hardcore. That's my advice. And, if you can, try to finish up the Uworld! Or get close enough to it.

I'm also under the notion (false or not lol) that if you did well on the previous Steps, you can surely at least PASS Step 3.

Those are the exact same scores i got 370 on nbme 4 and finished uworld with 60% and UWSA with 207 1wk prior. I burned out at the end after i took the uwsa. I went ahead and took the exam. Now the nail biting wait starts. Also same Step 1 and step 2 as the OP.

Well, i might as well jump in too.

UW first pass: Timed random 55%
Did incorrects

UW 2nd pass: Timed random 84%
Did incorrects + 700 marked questions

NBME 4: 370 (alot of stupid careless errors). Much easier than uwsa.
UWSA (6/14/16): 204

Test day: Monday, 6/20/16 and 6/22/16
Pushed it back to: 6/30/16 and 7/5/16 that was the only slot open and if i would have waited until today to change then had to pay $200 fee 🙁
