NBME Basic Science Shelf VS. Real USMLE

hey all,

i recently took the nbme basic science exam and i must admit it was a ton harder than the kaplan q-bank questions. does anyone have any insight into the difficulty of the nbme shelf compared with the real usmle? if the real usmle is anything like the nbme basic science exam i'm screwed. thanks in advance.
