nbme cssa vs step 2

hello

i took the clinical test from the nbme (the second test, cost 45 dollars) and did well ( almost a 700) my step 2 is in 2 weeks and was wondering how well this test correlates with the real exam. Ie should i start studying for real or is it pretty accurate
