For those who have experience with this exam, how many images questions did you see and what kinds of questions were they? I can't imagine you see too many of them (probably see more on the pathology shelf) but I have heard that there are some on the test.

I had zero images on my micro shelf. The majority of questions on my exam were more on the properties of the organisms (growth media, enzymes they produce, modes of genetic transfer, etc...) rather than images or disease presentations of the different infections. There was a fairly good amount of questions on genetic material exchange in bacteria and viruses. The disease presentations I had on the exam were the very typical ones almost everyone knows.
