I think it all depends on how YOU feel you did, regardless of your score. Do you feel like you were well-prepared for the exam, and that you knew most of the questions? If so, I'd cut down the amount of time you spend studying path and devote it to other things. I'm in a similar position as you, and what I've decided to do is cut my normal path study time in half, and use the extra time to go over the more "surprising" trends I found on the nbme, such as diseases I didn't think they'd ask about, or new ways of considering diseases and presentations (for example, looking at other manifestations of sarcoidosis rather than just pulmonary).
