NBME released items & OS X

Has anyone found a way to take the NBME released items on an os x? Am I right that the USMLE website has these questions as an .exe file? Any ideas?

Sorry, you'll need windows for that. If you have a new Intel processor then you can boot into windows on your mac and install the software that way, otherwise you'll need to find a PC.

You can also give Virtual PC a try... :

It allows you to run .exe files on OS X ..
