NBME repeats on the real test?

I'm in the 220 range right now and have 2 1/2 weeks of studying time left. Hoping to get a 240. I have already finished uworld. What do you guys think of going through as many NBME's as I can and using them like qbanks? Do questions really repeat on the real test from the NBME's? Or would I be wasting my time studying retired questions/concepts that are unlikely to be tested?

I took it last year. I can say with 100% certainty that a few questions repeat VERBATIM.

Not too many, around 3-4 or so IIRC.

Hey free points are free points. Moreover, search for the previous year's Step 1 discussion thread to look for questions people recalled. I did so and that helped me for quite a number as well.
