nbme sample questions and step 1 score

Does anyone know what the correlation is between the % correct on the nbme sample questions and step 1 scores? I took the practice test of sample q's at the prometric site and all it gave me was my score percentage. I was hoping I would get a score interpretation or something to help me gauze my progress. I take step 1 in a month and got 65% correct on the sample questions. anyone have any insight or encouragement?

Hello,

I have friends who got over 90% on the 150 Qs and still thought the real thing was hard as hell. I don't know what their scores are on the real thing.

I took the 150 Q's a few days before my real test and used the score estimator webpage (google step 1 estimator) to get a rough idea of how I did. my actual test score was within 5 points of it.
