Step III NBME score (ouch)

Just got a 390 on the Step 3 NBME practice test. I've also done most of USMLE WORLD and got an average of 65%.


I'm scheduled to take step 3 later this month (around the 18th), should I postpone? I'm planning on going through Crush this week.
