NBME SCORE,pls need advice

i did NBME 12 yesterday with the score 470,exam date is nov 8(11days),
-pls advice me on how to improve my score
-if i want to postpone the exam,how do i go about it
-since my eligibility period ends in nov,how do i extend my eligibility period.
