I was just curious if there is much variability from form to form and whether this is reasonably reflective in terms of the % correct to Step I score

That's just a graphical presentation of the score conversion form that they include with every NBME form feedback. No, the number wrong on that will not directly correlate to the number wrong to get some specific score on the real Step 1.

I dont mean for the actual Step I score,but just across NBMEs...I just mean if I get like 81% right (a 227) according to this chart, is that 81%/227 conversion similar across all NBMEs....i.e. will an 81% on NBME7 be lower than a 227 vs. say like an 81% on NBME 13

I didn't think so, but someone at some point posted (probably in the bowels of the 2013 experiences thread) that there is a fixed % of right/wrong that nets you a set score on the NBME's; that % is constant across all forms. I didn't try it with my # wrong to see if it was accurate though. I trusted those whom were claiming that, FWIW.

Sweet im just glad its consistent and its not like diffferent/weighted for different NBME forms

My last NBME (15) I missed 25 and got a 245... so those charts don't reflect the latest at least. 245 on that on is 87.5% correct.

pretty accurate
