I don't know how much the USMLE CK changes over the months/years, but I was wondering if the NBME is still accurate? I got a 237 (590) on the NBME 2 and I have 2 weeks left to study. I would be very happy even if my score didn't go up (but if it does i'll take it 👍 ) Are you guys still seeing the solid correlation with the NBME like you saw on step I? I searched and many people were getting much higher scores than the NBME in the past, but anyone score significantly lower on the real deal?

I did. My NBME was predicting 250+ and I got a 238. I'm not complaining really . . . you asked. I got hit with a bunch of ob/gyn on CK which was the chink in my armor. I look at those ob questions and I'm like, "I donnoe . . . do a c-section . . ."

I think if you keep up on your studying you'll come in either at or above honestly. questions, Questions, QUESTIONS! Good luck.

Thanks for the feedback. I actually prefer doing questions - and it seems that questions are the more effective way to study for step 2 ck. I just feel a little guilty as the only reading I did was look at a few pages of B+W and skim crush 2nd edition once. I think most people are weak in OB. So I read through case files quickly - hopefully that helps.
