nbme v/s actual step 1

Since nbme forms contain all discared questions from the actual step 1 exam is it true that these type of questions will not be ther on the actual exam
And is the actual exam tougher or easier than nbme?
Do the questions repeat?

if i were you, i'd rather postpone my exam then to fail and spend another $800 on it. you took nbme form 11 and scored HORRIBLE. take forms 12 and 7, and see where you stand. if you take ur exam, there is a high probability that you will get around 150-160 on ur actual Step exam.
