I just collected a bunch of data (mainly starting from May 2011 in this thread http://forums.studentdoctor.net/showthread.php?t=525730&highlight=wrong&page=47 ) and put it into a spread sheet.
It looks like the NBMEs are not weighted at all and are just graded on a linear curve.
Regression lines and formulas are in the image below.
(NBME 13 had one outlier value which makes it look strange since where only 4 data points i found, so I didn't do the regression for it)
