nbme vs real exam

hello ,

I had a question regarding the nbme self assessment exams. There is a unanimous consensus that their scores, and they themselves, are closest to the actual exam. I just did form 6. I have heard from my friends that the real exam has multimedia ques- audio(murmurs) ,video( parkisnons gait)- and are very long.. i didnt see any such ques in form 6.. can anyone comment on this? appreciate it

I just took the nbme 15...scored way below nbme13....all of my mistakes were because I didn't read the question properly-really annoying!

Can't really remember the specifics of NBME6 too extensively, but I took it 12 days-out from my exam, and it under-predicted me by 10 points exactly.
