NBME2 question

I just started the offline NBME2 and realized that Q#2 of block#1 is missing = WTF. Ordinarily, I'd just pass on it, but the answer key says G. Usually when there's lots of answer choices on an NBME, it's an anatomy question, and Gd knows I suck at anatomy.

Does anyone have Q#2 from block#1 of NBME2?

Very specific request, I know, but if someone can help me out, I'll consider mailing him or her some Vegemite.

But when you say really tough anatomy, do you mean you agree that anatomy in general sucks? Because I know you know aspirin acts on platelets. 👍

Honestly anatomy sucks mainly for the reason that they don't make it meaningful in medical school. At least the parts that can be made meaningful. The rest of it which has to be learned by rote is no different from any other subject.

But yeah, other than kinesiology related anatomy, most of anatomy in general sucks.
