Hey guys,

Where is a good place to get practice questions for part 1?

Members don't see this ad.

Just a side note on the NBPME practice questions: they are A LOT easier than the actual exam questions. So if you answer most of those correctly, don't be lured into a false sense of security and stop studying and think that the real thing is as easy. If however you think the practice questions are difficult, then it might be time to panic and perhaps even freak out because you might be in some real trouble.

Define "A LOT" please. I just did a bunch of the 2008 sample questions they have on www.nbpme.info and they were a joke.

Does the real thing have the same format; 1st order, the odd mini "case," chose 2 of the following etc?

What about content? I mean questions like these:

11. Fat embolism occurs most commonly after traumatic damage to
(A) the liver
(B) the lungs
(C) bones
(D) soft tissue

are a complete joke. Does the real thing have stuff like this, or do they increase the difficulty substantially more?
