NC FELS Loan Forgiveness

Has anyone received NC FELS money and gone to work in industry? The rules around what counts as a 'qualified position' are super ambiguous, and the program communication is not great. I am currently completing an industry-sponsored fellowship, and the Program agreed to forgive my 2 year position, though my current employer is actually an academic institution. I'm trying to see if anyone has gotten forgiveness approved for a position in industry. Thanks!
