i've tried to do that "study 4 hrs/day" thing for a while but pretty much given up .. old habits r impossible to break.. so me & my crew always fool around til about 3 days b4 the final every month and then pull 2 straight all nighters.. funny thing is we all end up doing better than avg.. it's all good..

No essays, I assume.

cramming does help keep things fresh before the exam.

But dont even think about cramming for the boards. Learning the stuff now for long term retention will help out a lot when it comes time to study for the boards.

i still cram the night before the test to make sure I go over all the lectures once more and make sure everything's fresh....still put in my couple hours everyday to learn the lectures of that day though...too much info otherwise

first, however, i tried my old college method, didn't quite work out 🙂 old habits die quickly after not performing up to par

i decided to stop being reckless & commit this stuff to longterm memory. it saves me stress of going into the exam & blanking
