How do you guys remember these annoying triangles for the neck?

Also do we need to remember the muscle names for the upper limb and lower limb or what they don't innervate?

I suck at remembering muscle names.

Any help will be gladly appreciated! 🙂

The only thing I had ever encountered through questions with regard to neck triangles was one where they wanted you to know which vessel is classically accessed via the posterior triangle, and the answer was the vertebral artery, IIRC.

Upper/lower limb anatomy (muscles/nerves/insertions) is exceedingly high-yield.

Great! Thank you! I love your replies to other SDN members! 🙂
