Maybe I’m just built differently, but haven’t had anything significant other than a stiff neck after LIO laser for ROP

Have you seen Hero Loupes Sidekick? It has a wide view and helps with neck and back issues.

I was having back problems with operating. I swapped to standing to do phaco and it has helped quite a bit. I will eventually end up doing a mix of both during the day I think.

Standing desks, don’t spend too much time at the slitlamp, ergonomic computers, don’t do too many surgeries without brakes, get a get a Optos. All of this has helped me with repetitive bouts of back pain.
