I woke up this morning to find an envelope under my door from NECO saying they're granting me an interview. Not a bad way to start the day... my stats are not steller (3.15 GPA, 340 OAT) so hopefully this is a good sign for me and everyone else out there!

Hey Andy, Congrats! I am just in the process of finishing up my NECO application..i hope i can say that i'll join you at the interview soon! When are you going down?

first of congrats! and good luck on your interview! when did you get your application into them? just trying to get in idea when i'll hear something.

I sent my application in the day it was due, which I believe was August 1. All of my supporting documents were in before that date, though, except for my letter of recommendation packet. I sent my final recommendation letter in from the optometry practice that I work at last Tuesday and I received the letter from NECO just this week. They offered me two dates, October 13 and 27. I couldn't go the 27 so I'll be going up there on the 13.

You had me all worried about when I was going to get my letter. So when i called them they said they recieved my last letter of rec on monday but the director of admissions has been out of town all week. So hopefully i'll hear something next week.. Gosh i feel like this process is taking forever.
