for those interested, i called and asked today. NECO is a little over half full.

did they tell you what's taking them so long? I'm still waiting to hear from them.....kinda.

well when i called, the guy said he was still going through applications.. and that he would submit mine to the commitee for review or whatever

but when i asked for a timeframe, he really couldnt give me one. he just said he didnt know

and that they have a lot of applications..
