I think it should be fatty necrosis of liver.

You both are right... In the sense that the other is wrong.

Fat necrosis and enzymatic necrosis are names of the same condition that happens after pancreatitis or breast cancer.

I guess this is a remembered question. In this case, don't waste your time. The rememberer may have forgotten to remember the right answer!
