Our No Money Down, No Private Mortgage Insurance Medical Doctor Loan provides the following benefits:
100% financing available on purchase transactions (up to $1,000,000) for primary residences
No private mortgage insurance required.
Available products include 30-year fixed, 15-year fixed, 3/1,5/1, 7/1, 10/1 Adjustable Rate Mortgages (ARMs) along with Interest only options. 30-year amortization available on all ARMs.
Student loans (deferred) are not counted into the Qualifying debt ratios if in Residency.
Minimum credit score of 720 or credit score of 700 if you have Student Loan Debt.
Reduced income and asset verification; seller can pay 3% towards closing costs and prepaids; can close on your new home in as little as 14 days!!
