I think Bill Eagan still treats patients in the clinic, but his primary responsibilities are within the Temple PT program.

GoodShepard (affliated with Penn) has a PT program for lumbar spinal pain specifically if the patient wants to go to PT in the city. PM me and I'll send you you information about it.
 
Scott Burns is excellent. Fellowship trained. He is at Temple. His wife is my on call telehealth personal PT.
