Hey whats up ya'll,
3rd year NYU premed here, 21 y/o verrry laidback, sick of NYU housing and looking for a potential roommate or roommates who have their own place and looking for someone to fill the lease. I'm looking for a place from the beginning of September 09' to at least May 10' (IE the school year), maybe even a full second year. I'm a guy, wouldn't mind male or female roommates.
My only requirement is that the apartment is quiet most of the time and you don't party that much in the apartment on the weekends....I've got a prtty bad case of insomnia and wake up to noises prtty easily. I'm not saying this because I'm anti-drinking (in fact I'm quite the avid drinker), but this year all I'm going to do is study my ass off, particularly for the MCAT, and just need a place to crash at night when I come back late from the library....Own bedroom is a must. Also my gf would prob stay over a lot, but she can cook/is really easy to get along with.
Also, the apartment has to be close to NYU, whether walking distance or close through the subway (IE 1 or 2 stops). If this sounds good, lemme know whats up, either PM me or send me an email at [email protected] .
