I am a female DO 2008 student looking for a roommate for July/August 2006 to share a new 2 story, 2BR/2.5 bath townhome in Ankeny (Sawgrass Links community just south of Oralabor Road, near SuperTarget, SuperWalmart, etc.).
You would only need to furnish your own bedroom and bathroom... think of how easy that would be for moving!
About me: I will be on my rotations in Des Moines this upcoming year... Im looking for a roommate who is friendly, responsible, independent, and likes to keep their house clean.
Students coming back for rotations are also welcome to contact me.
*Upstairs has 2 Bedrooms, each with full bath and walk-in closet
*Downstairs is a furnished living room with fireplace, open kitchen, dining area, full W/D, and half-bath
*Tile and carpet throughout, maple cabinets and trim
*2 car attached garage- 1 stall would be yours to use.
*Takes about 15 minutes to get to class
Rent is $600/month and includes everything all utilities, wireless internet, cable tv, snow removal, lawn care
