hey i am looking for a roommate, female (parents demanded this!), and one who likes pets! I found a great place, Atriums of Plantation, it is beautiful and inexpensive.. rent for a 2 BR is $1100! Pls consider!

I am looking for a place to live. I will be going to NOVA's college of pharmacy. I like pets and have a medium size dog. Is the 1100 split? What does rent include? Please reply I am looking to move in by late June-early July. I am committed to leasing for 4 years.
