hello everyone,
Can someone look at this problem and tell me the right answer. I am getting A (120feet) but Math destroyer says B(180feet).

Two work crews, Crew A and Crew B, start digging a 300-foot tunnel though a mountain, but working towards each other from opposite sides. It Crew A digs at a rate of 12 feet a day and Crew B at a rate 18 feet a day, how many feet will crew A have dug when the two crews meet?
A 120 ft
B 180 ft
C 300 ft
D 100 ft
E 130 ft
Math destroyer test # 5 ques #13 answer is B
thanks!

Its a typo... crew A will have dug 120 feet and crew B will have dug 180 feet. My version of DAT destroyer which I believe is the most current says A is the correct answer. If you need help with the solution let me know... but it sounds like you know what you are doing.
