damn you got owned on RC. I would just stress in your next interview/s that English is your second language and that you are a slow reader or something along those lines. You obviously know your sciences and maths plus you did well in PA. The only thing I can imagine that would have keep you out are poor conversational/personal skills which are imperative for dentistry.
If you decide to retake the DAT its possible to score high on RC without reading the passages. I am a horribly slow reader and get distracted while reading the passages so I developed a new strategy. I simply read the question and skimmed for the topics being questioned. This gives you 20 minutes per passage to skim and focus on the questions instead of all the unnecessary info that you wont remember in great enough detail anyways and have to go back for. I went from 15-17 on reading comprehension to 20+ and ended up with a 25 on the real DAT. Practice it a few times my way it cant hurt..
