Need advice ASAP regarding personal statement limit

hi, i know the ada says or idk if its just a "recommendation" that the personal statement be appproximately 4500 characters including spaces, but i have around 4900 characters including spaces, is that unacceptable? Should i shrink the essay? I REALLY need to submit my app ASAP so im wondering if its ok to just submit with the 4900 characters?

Also, do i need to include the title? When i pasted it on the app the title is on the left hand side, should i center it ?

I didn't include a title, nor is it required. Seems like a waste of characters to me.
