Need advice, diagnosed with bipolar, serious reply only

I have been working my ass off for 10 plus years a a retail pharmacist. Unfortunately, I got hit hard by bipolar with main symptoms as OCD and anxiety. This makes my job very difficult for me. Can anyone show me the way what to do?
p.s. I also have a MPH in epidemiology and 3 classes to finish a B.S. in Wildlife Science.
