need advice for last 10 days review

Hello,

I finished my UW last Oct and never touched it anymore. Canceled the test due to my family issue.

UW system based timed 67% total

NBME 6 225 (last Sept)
NBME 7 225 (last Sept)
Sim2 236 (last Sept)

2009 CD 81% last friday
re-do NBME 7 14 wrong ( yesterday)

2010 CD 91% 93% 94% (today)

I just finished my first run of FA right now, but still feel there are a lot I am feeling unclear. But I am also scared that I forgot most of the UW questions.

What advice can you offer for me for that last 10 days?
Do I need re-do UW?
Or Memorizing FA+NBME+CD?

Do I still have chance to get 240?
