Need advice for last two weeks

I am totally shocked by my NBME 6 performance today, only 510

The lowest parts are psychia, ske and muscle, physiology, neuro.

I still have 500 UW to go ( include ske and muscle, psychia ,neuro, GI, hemo) and finish first half FA.

My test day is Oct 7, will have 10 days full time study

Do I still have chance to get 230?

any suggestion is appreciated.
