I'm a Michigan resident with a cGPA of about 2.7/2.8 and a sGPA of 3.78 (took a weird route and ended up taking all the pre-req science classes in 1 year). I take the MCAT this thursday and i've been averaging 29 on the practice exams. EC's are tons of clinical experience; I've worked for 3 years as a member surgical teams ( I run cell-savers for those of you who know what those are) and I'm going to be spending the next year year volunteering for hospice. What schools should I be looking at? I think with a 29 or 30 I'm at the middle tier DO schools and low tier MD schools. Is this correct? and what schools do you recommend I apply to?
