I am trying to transfer into 2nd year of pharmacy at a different uni. My conditions were get 60% on average. I got my results back and all my coursework marks are at 60 or above it. My theory marks though are below 60 for all 4 modules.

However, my overall module marks are 59,57,54 and 53. This gives me a total average of 56%. I am wondering what you think my chances are, should I just post my results or should I send a persuasive letter with it or phone them?

I am glad I passed but this would be the icing on the cake so can someone advice me please.

You generally need to be in good academic standing and often need a LOR from your current dean to transfer. About half of schools take transfers. Chances are you are better off staying where you are because the curriculum at many schools is structured differently and courses may not transfer well.

I have written a letter and was hoping someone could look at it and tell me how to change it.

Definitely talk to your dean or some professor to find out what you should do. Definitely be ready to do a lot of explaining about why your marks are that way and why you're transferring. I agree that it's best to just stay there.
