I need some advice on applying to Texas DPT programs. I can graduate in May 2013 with a GPA of 3.5-3.6, but my science GPA will be 2.9. I can re-take my A&P I, but I can't re-take the class until the spring. I know I can get an A or B in this class in the spring. I just took my GRE and scored verbal 152 and quantitative 150 , I have not received my writing score at this point. So here is my question, I am not sure with a low science score that any school in Texas will look at my application, and I don't know if re-taking the class in the spring will help since they start interviewing during the spring semester. Should I just go ahead and apply for PT school, and graduate in May 2013, or would it be better for me to not apply this year and go ahead and start re-taking some of my science classes and put off graduating until the December 2013? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
