I'm a post-bacc student and currently trying to finish my pre-reqs. This year since Fall, I've completed:

General Biology 1 & 2 (retaking Gen Bio 1, B)
General Chemistry 1 & 2 (A, A)
Organic Chemistry 1 & 2 (A, an A in Orgo 2 probably my final is this week and need just a 76 to get an A from the class)
Physics 2 (probably an A, final is this week!)
Statistical Techniques (A)
Upper Biology Seminar class that was researched based (C)

I'm planning on applying for Fall 2014. I'm signing back up for the PCAT for August...

Should I take --
Biochemistry
Genetics
Cell Biology
Pathophysiology

I'm stronger at Chemistry and Math than Biology, I'm happy just getting a B in Biology....

What would you take?

I was thinking about taking some easy courses in the summer that I don't need to boast my GPA even higher.

The classes you should take are dependent on the schools you want to go to. Look up their requirements. With all these classes with A's, don't waste your time taking easy classes to boost your GPA. AdComs see through that. Just keep taking classes you need and start working/volunteering in a pharmacy. If you're interested in research, go for that too. It seems like you're doing just fine grade-wise; it would be such a waste to take Underwater Basketweaving 101 when you could be getting pharmacy experience.

What is your cGPA if you don't mind sharing and/or science GPA?

3.4~3.6 Will make you receive interview invites. IF it around 3.0, take upper division classes instead of repeating classes where you did poorly in.

Also, Microbiology and Anatomy/Physiology are required by some institutions if you haven't taken it yet.

It seems like you are a great student. I would just focus more of volunteering, shadowing, working as a tech/clerk, and/or leadership experience.

Good luck 😀

I can see that happening. The adcoms would look at my classes and notice an Introductory Biology there just to try and boast my science GPA even more. Yeah I'll stick with boasting my volunteering even higher. I can't ever get enough of that.

Thank-you! 🙂 My GPA overall is a 2.8 with 3 F's counted in (not that good!), which I've taken already over and what I graduated with another non-science degree in 2012. So..

I've taken Anatomy & Physiology, Both were just B's and Microbiology in 2011 with a C, B in lab.

And I have a tech license and getting my job back probably in the summer. I've been helping since January at my city's science museum and taken up on tutoring some kiddo's in Chemistry in my free-time this year.

Can I ask How are you retaking your courses? Through Community College?

I'm a post-bacc and graduated with a bachelors in another area already, which I'll get a certificate at the end of my completion.

I only had a few that I'm doing that a retake, but I attend a 4-year institute. 🙂

Can I ask what program you are doing? Post-bacc program are usually very expensive 🙁 Is taking classes at community college is okay as well? I have classes I got C's and need to retake but could not do so at my original University.

Yes, that's fine. I re-took several classes at a CC, and I got into decent schools. When I finish this application cycle I'll post more detail about my process.
