  1. Attending Physician
Hospice volunteering only helps your application. Most of the schools on your list are very competitive. I suggest these schools:
Arizona (Phoenix and Tucson)
Mayo Arizona
Boston University
Tufts
Hofstra
Einstein
Mount Sinai
Rochester
Pittsburgh
Case Western
Cincinnati
Jefferson
George Washington
Miami
Creighton
St. Louis
Western Michigan

Awesome that's great to hear! Thanks for the list too! Quick question about Mayo Arizona: I read that the requirements there will be the same as for Mayo Alix, which are way above my stats. Is there additional information about this? Are they showing preference for AZ residents due to the ASU affiliation?

The 10th percentile at Mayo for MCAT is 512 and the 10th percentile for GPA is 3.58 so you are well above that. Mayo interviews more than 25% of instate applicants who complete secondaries (not broken down between Minnesota and Arizona) and only half that for non residents.
