You should try to take the GRE before you apply. You don't have to apply until fall/winter for the competitive formal postbacs so you have plenty of time to study and/or take it. I think you would be an interesting candidate for the top programs but it'll be tough without a good test score. Also a lot of med schools are going to require some sort of math to meet their entering requirements...
