My exam is at the end of June and my goal was to do 10,000 questions. At this point, I'm half way thru with USMLERx. In other words, I don't think I will get to the 10K mark. It's okay though. I was hoping to have finished Rx by the end of this month, but it's not going to happen. I also subscribed to Kaplan's Qbank, which I was hoping to do starting in April, but I think I'm going to ditch it and start doing World, hopefully by mid-April. I wanted to do World twice. What do you think? Stick with it and plow thru 10K questions (including Qbank) or just go to World after I finish Rx?

Thanks in advance! 🙂

I finished Kaplan and UW between Jan and end of Feb.

Uworld questions were more helpful than kaplan on the actual step. I don't really see the point in doing the same questions over and over, but it seems to help some people. I did world after kaplan and am I pretty happy I did as it's more challenging. I would think one time thru each would be better than repeating world since you already paid for both. If you really want to repeat, I'd just flag the qs you found challenging and look @ those again.

Hi, I would suggest take advantage of kaplan as well. You have much to gain from both the qbanks. Seeing the questions in a different light is always good. Uworld has gained a great reputation, and offer a great product. (as many say its a must). But kaplan has always offered greatness as well. Youve already enrolled in kaplan, do them for a while andfeel it out. Good luck in ur studies.

I think kaplan is the weakest of the Question banks, but if you have the time then it is worth doing because you will still learn from them.
