Hi everyone - if you received a job offer upon completion of an interview, but still have other interviews lined up at places higher up on your list of preferences, is there anything you could say that would buy you time / enable you to go on the other interviews that were within the next 5 days but not get the offer withdrawn from the prospective employer? Do they give you a few days to accept an offer? Or... are you offered a position (namely, at Target) and do you have to accept or decline it on the spot? Any input would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!

Thank them for their offer and ask for a few days to think it over.

I took a full week to accept my offer, most places understand that you may need to talk it over with your family.

Thanks for your reply! I was worried I wouldn't get an answer on here so a couple hours ago got in touch with my former boss where I did my internship. She said exactly the same thing as you. Thanks again DRxUGS - I wish you a happy career!
