Unless you have some special connections to a department it will be very difficult to match as an IMG even with your excellent scores. I've seen IMG's spend years doing research with programs to get in, it depends on how much you're willing to go through to try. I don't know if the lack of CK is an issue since most applicants won't have results from it before the match.
