Depends on what score you want. Right now you will pass it seems.

IMG? You probably need a better score to get a residency.

AMG for PCP/non-competitive? You should be fine I think.

What should I do?

Ask yourself these questions. What would I be satisfied with? What specialty am I interested in? I'm I really ready to face this beast?

To answer ur question, do Questions, Questions, Questions. In order to do well on the step, u NEED to do as many questions as possible. Make sure you are reading the explanations as well.
If you are able to postpone it, go ahead. Do not take it unless u know u are satisfied with your preparation. If u do postpone it, read FA one more time and then do as many questions as possible and make sure u read the explanations!
