need advice regarding observership

Hi ,

I am a FMG from Australia (parents indian, non doctors)
Usmle scores 238 and 218 . CS awaited. 10 publications in indexed journals (ophtha) .

Can anyone please tell me about programs which could consider FMGs based on these criteria , so that i can try observerships there.
A senior had suggested Rochester,Yale, Duke and LSU. Any ideas if either of these programs has taken a FMG in past ?

Unfortunate to know that this forum is meant only for AMGs .I just needed some advice guys. Anyways I guess shared knowledge is never first hand.
