I am in my gap year and already have a part time job, but would like to tutor also. Except tutoring through a private company requires you to set a schedule and be consistent throughout the school year.

My problem is I don't know what day of the week schools will hold interviews. I am about to finish up my in state (Texas) interviews in the next couple of weeks (besides Baylor). I have applied to quite a few out of state schools but who knows if I will get invited to any.

So any advice? Would it be worth it to restrict my schedule and risking missing out on interviews? Can I assume that most interviews will be on Thursday, Friday, or Saturday? Is there a database of schools' interview days?

I don't know about saturdays. Call the schools and they will tell you

for the love of pete, don't miss any interviews until you have an acceptance.

i worked for a well-known private test prep company, and it ruled. $22/hr and a very very flexible schedule.
