Need advice

Well here I am in a jam! This will be my last year as an undergrad, and I have some problems. Up until this semester I have managed A's and B's. But due to an enourmous stress level from a break up out of a 6 year relationship, I managed to pull a C in org 2 and a C in phys 2. I am planing on taking the MCAT in august, and I was going to start applying to med school, but now I dont know what to do. If I apply now and then retake the two classes it wont show up on the application so should I retake them? I am registered for biochem this summer and I figured that if I did well on that it may override my C in org. I have got extra stuff going for me as well.

C's are fine. You do not need to retake them.
