hi guys,

I took the MCAT in april and didn't score as well as i should have..I retook the MCAT june 15th and will get scores back july 18th...in the meantime, i have been recieving secondaries.

Do u guys think i should go on and submit the secondaries ASAP or wait until I get my 2nd MCAT score??

Thanks!!

What was your first MCAT? Considering you've sent in your AMCAS, you may as well apply to all of the schools you want to pay for, since you'll be a re-applicant at those schools next year no matter what. The sooner you get secondaries and LORs in, the sooner your app will be reviewed once your MCAT scores arrive. Write great essays and hope for the best on MCAT #2. Good luck!

isnt there a box to check off on the amcas that allows you to state whether or not you are retaking the MCAT, so the schools that issue secondaries to you know that they should be expecting a new MCAT score?
